Shoe Protection: Clean boot covers are worn the moment I step indoors to protect flooring and carpets.
Clean-Hands: Medical-grade nitrile gloves are worn to prevent oils or smudges on finished surfaces, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, or access points.
Zero Disturbance: Personal belongings, furniture, and staging are left completely untouched. I respect the owner’s private space and property.
As-Found: Any lights turned on, doors opened, or thermostats adjusted during the inspection are returned exactly to their original positions before I leave.
Attic Access: Clean drop cloths are laid down beneath attic access points to keep insulation dust and debris off the floors.
